Honu originally approached us to assist with writing up a creative brief for a "young hip agency" in Sydney that would "get the surf culture". It wasn't long after working together, that they then asked us to do the initial brand strategy session to define who they were and what they stood for. This then evolved in developing the visual identity, style guide, copy decks, positioning statement, designs of their new range of surf and paddleboards, and finally, even designing a range of apparel. 

It has been thrilling working with Mark and Megan to take an old out-of-touch brand and completely turn it around to become a beautiful aspirational brand that is committed to the restoration and sustainability of the world's oceans and offering people the chance to connect with the ocean with surf and paddleboarding. 

We then worked closely with a leading Shopify agency as Creative Director on the incredibly beautiful and highly functional website.

Honu launched in 2020 - yep, right in the middle of COVID. But not only has the new brand been completely embraced by an entire new audience, but they have also been receiving rave reviews from leading industry professionals around the world for their world-class design, performance and environmental credentials.
